1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dyyifu.shop and any order you place with DYYIFU. By browsing the site, uploading artwork or buying a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order or to create an account. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use any payment method.

3. Products and customisation

We print images, photos, logos and text supplied by you onto apparel and other goods. Product colours and sizes may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and because each customised item is made to order, small differences in print placement are normal. You are responsible for choosing the correct size and for approving the artwork you submit.

4. Your artwork and content licence

You keep ownership of the files you upload, and you grant us a licence to reproduce them solely to produce and ship your order and to show a proof. You represent that you own or have all rights needed for the artwork, and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or other third-party right, and is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory or obscene. We may refuse or remove any order or content that we believe violates this clause or our policies, at our discretion.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required; shipping fees are calculated at checkout and import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to cancel or limit any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that breach these terms. A contract is formed only when we accept and process your order.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre in China. Estimated delivery times, carriers and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Our Returns and Refund Policy sets out your rights. Because most items are personalised and made to order, they are generally not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape or copy its content, place fake or fraudulent orders, or use the store to sell counterfeit or infringing goods.

9. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, logos and our own brand assets belong to DYYIFU or its licensors. Nothing transfers to you except the limited licence to use your own uploaded files.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an as-is basis. While we strive for quality, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every customised product will be identical to a digital preview.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DYYIFU is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DYYIFU harmless from any claim arising from the artwork you upload, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs, strikes, severe weather or public emergencies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page when you place your order.

15. Governing law and contact
